How long will delivery take?

Our products are made to order so please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. 

Where do you deliver?

We endeavour to deliver worldwide. However, please check that your delivery destination is offered when you progress through our online checkout. Unfortunately we can't deliver to PO Box addresses.

How much will delivery cost?

We currently offer free delivery to all destinations worldwide.

I live outside the EU, how much will customs duty and import tax cost?

We calculate all customs duties and import taxes when you reach the checkout and this cost is added to your order. You won't need to pay any further fees to receive your order.

How can I track my order?

All verdionline.com purchases are delivered by DHL.

We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched.

You will then receive an email with tracking details directly from DHL when your item(s) are out for delivery.

To track your order, follow the instructions provided by DHL by entering the tracking number into their website tracking form.  https://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking.html

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

All verdionline.com orders require a signature upon delivery. DHL will notify you in advance of attempting to make a delivery.

What if I’m not at home to accept delivery?

If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DHL will contact you to arrange a new attempt. DHL will make a total of two delivery attempts.

Can I return a product? 

If you change your mind, you can return your product to us. It must be unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached and complete with any related accessories and booklets.

If you wish to return an item you must contact us to receive an authorisation number. You can contact us by email to arrange a return at clientcare@verdionline.com

How many days do I have to return a product?

If you would like to return a product, you must notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery. You then have 14 days from the notification date to return your item.

Will I have to pay to return an item? 

Yes. You will be responsible for paying for the return of your item(s) unless the goods are faulty. Products should be returned using Royal Mail Signed For or equivalent, as we do not accept responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit.

Can I receive a refund for my return? 

Yes. You will receive a full refund for the price you paid us for the product, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging with labels, accessories and booklets intact. We will not refund any of the original delivery costs or costs you incur in returning the product to us.

What if the item is damaged or faulty?

Before shipping your order an inspector at our distribution centre carefully checked each detail and signed off on the product to ensure perfect condition. If your item is damaged or faulty on arrival please contact client care immediately: clientcare@verdionline.com

How long will it take to receive a refund?

We will refund you as soon as possible, and in any event, within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Please ensure you include your returns authorisation number so that we can promptly process your refund.
